In Phoenix, Taylor Morrison partnered with ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" to completely rebuild the home of the Okvath family whose little girl, Kassandra, was undergoing cancer treatment. The family was presented with a 5,300-square-foot dream house and Taylor Morrison granted Kassandra her original wish: a renovation of the Children's Hospital floor at the University Medical Center in Tucson where she was being treated.

The Phoenix team has also provided its services to Habitat for Humanity's Builder Blitz which built a home in five days for a local family. They also remodeled the kitchen area of the Ronald MacDonald House which provides housing for families of seriously ill children being treated at metro Phoenix hospitals.

In one of the company's most exciting alliance on a national level, Taylor Morrison has partnered with Disney, HP, Microsoft and Exceptional Innovations to design and build Disney's Year of a Million Dreams Dream House. The home, which is situated in the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland in Anaheim, California, features never-before-seen cutting-edge technology.
