What is your price range?
When you're shopping for a new home, you typically have a price range in mind. If it happens to come in under the price you were looking for, most people would take it.
In order to help you find a new home, it's helpful to have your "top-end" dollar amount in mind. On the search found throughout the website, simply select your top-end price range and you'll find new homes for that price or lower. On the map search, you can select your maximum price amount to update the map.
The community ad
On all community ads, you will have the following information: [1] Community title, City and state, [2] Community description, [3] Base price, and Minimum and maximum bedrooms and bathrooms available.
Under each [4] community photo, you will find one of the following:
On the builder page

- Share This - send this website to a friend or save it for yourself to access it at a later time
On the search page

Ultimately, New Homes Today helps you get all the information you need to make an informative decision on which new homes are right for you. While New Homes Today does not showcase the different floorplans and elevations each community has to offer, we do the basic information you need to find out if you want to find out more.
